* The brief ption:

It could extract vegetable oil from various kinds of oil materials, soybean, sunflower seeds, peanut, sesame,coconut,rapeseeds, Cotton seed, hemp seed, palm, walnuts andall the oil content crops.The oil left in cake from oil extraction machine is less than 6% . And cake thickness can be adjusted once the machine stop running.  

*  Oil press production line inckudes two parts : oil seeds pretreatment part and press part.

(1).Pretreatment Equipments which is pretreat the raw material include:shelling equipment, Separating equipment, Sieving equipments .

(2).Pressing Equipments includes Crusher , Flaking macine , Cooker ,oil press equipements. After getting the crude oil , using the clarifying tank to cleaning the oil residuals.

(1).Special hot-hulling way reduces energy consumption greatly;

(2).Twin hulling makes the hulling ratio up to 90% and oil content in hull  is reduced 

to less than 1.5%;

(3).Screening section, it can remove the the stone , shells , iron steel nails and some other purities , it can avoid destroying  the follow machines .
